集荷した亜鉛ドロス等の亜鉛原料を、形状、亜鉛の含有品位など用途ごとに区別して3種類のそれぞれに特徴をもった回転炉、精製炉、保持炉で再生亜鉛及び調合亜鉛を生産する工場で、これらの製品は伸銅業界やメッキ業界に販売しております。

This is the plant where metallic zinc raw materials(zinc dross etc.) are remelted into final products namely remelted zinc ingots and alloy ingots for copper and brass industries and galvanizing industries. Three different types of furnaces(Rotary furnace, Refining furnace, Holding furnace) are on operation according to materials grades.

集荷した亜鉛含有酸化物等の原料をインパクトブレーカーで破砕し、ボールミルで砂状までに粉砕したものをエアーセパレーターで分級し、粉体と金属粒に分類する連続処理工場で、粉体はコンテナーバックに袋詰をして三井金属鉱業株式会社に販売し、金属粒は当社において生産する再生調合亜鉛の原料として溶解工場に供給しております。
又、集塵ダストは、当社独自の調合方法により亜鉛滓（C)として、三井金属鉱業株式会社に販売しております。

This is a continuous processing plant of zinc residues which are firstly crushed by a impact breaker and then ball-milled into sand size. These ball-milled materials go through the air-seperator to be classfied into powders and metallic granules. Ball-milled powders packed into flexible container bags are sold to Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co.,Ltd and the metallic granules are used for the production of remelted zinc ingots.
Also, with our unique processing system, Zinc dust collected through the bag-filter are sold to Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co.,Ltd as raw zinc materials of low grade(C).

三井金属鉱業株式会社から支給された電気亜鉛を主原料として三井金属鉱業株式会社の特許品であるZAP(Zinc Anode For Protection)と称する電気陽極の鋳造加工をする工場で、加工したZAP製品は防蝕亜鉛（鉄防錆用）として船舶や海水施設に広く利用されております。
またこの設備では、メッキ業界及びダイカスト業界用の各種亜鉛合金も製造しております。

Our ZAP plant is where we produce electric anodes called ZAP(Zinc Anode for Protection), a patented product of the Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co.,Ltd, from electrolytic zinc ingots supplied by Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co.,Ltd.These ZAP are used for ocean vessels and water-front facilities as anti-corrosive zinc products.
Also this plant is where we produce zinc alloy ingots of many species for galvanizing industries and die casting industries.
