- Yoshinobu Hayashi,the former President,succeeded to management of Izuo Kogyosho,a distilled zinc manufacturing company(limited partnership)and became independent.

- Re-organized the above company and established Sanmitsu Zinc Works,a limited partnership,at 94,Tsukuda-cho 4-chome,Nishiyodogawa-ku,Osaka.
- May. 1939
- Compelled by the Government to discontinue the above-mentioned company by the Enterprise Integration Act under the "State of National Emergency"and established Osaka Zinc Industry Union.
- Apr. 1947
- Being released by the Government control,reumed to handle zinc residues under his private management.
- Jul. 1950
- Designated as the zinc materials suppliers for the Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co.,Ltd.
- Feb. 1951
- Incorporated and established Hayashi Metal Industries Co.,Ltd.
- Apr. 1971
- Moved to Sakai Coastal Industrical Zone(6th Section) where new premises were completed.Operations being continued till today's date.
- Feb. 1987
- Takaichi Hayashi was inaugurated as new President of the company.And Yoshinobu Hayashi,former President,was sworn in the Chairman of the board of directors.
